This 3-year Graduate Programme launched by Unilever is designed to prepare Unilever’s Future Leaders (UFL) by giving them challenging jobs/roles that prepare them for business leadership roles. The Programme encompasses rotations within and across functions in an accelerated learning environment. This includes international stints, extended leadership contact,formal training and professional development.

Program Description

The UFL program is aimes at growing you into a manager in just 3 years (if your performance is up to standard), through hands-on learning alongside world-class experts.
You will develop your individual leadership skills by working on live projects which offer you all the experience you will need to be made ready for your first manageral responsibility and role.
Over three(3) years you will cover at least three(3) or four(4) placements to provide adequate experience in key business and functional areas
